Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which enables your use of our website to be analyzed.

By default, Google Analytics sets 4 cookies when you visit the website, which are stored as small text modules on your end device and collect certain information. The scope of this information also includes your IP address, which, however, is shortened by Google by the last digits in order to exclude a direct personal reference.

The information is transferred to Google servers and processed there. Transmission to Google LLC, based in the USA, is also possible.

Google uses the information collected on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for us and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The abbreviated IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The data collected as part of the use of Google Analytics 4 is stored for a period of two months and then deleted.

All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies on the terminal device used, will only take place if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your visit to our website. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google that ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

Further legal information on Google Analytics 4 can be found at policies.google.com/privacy and at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Demographic characteristics

Google Analytics 4 uses the special function "demographic characteristics" and can use it to create statistics that make statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This is done by analyzing advertising and information from third-party providers. This allows target groups to be identified for marketing activities. However, the data collected cannot be assigned to a specific person and is deleted after being stored for a period of two months.

Google Signals

As an extension to Google Analytics 4, Google Signals can be used on this website to generate cross-device reports. If you have activated personalized ads and linked your devices to your Google account, Google may, subject to your consent to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, analyze your usage behavior across devices and create database models, including cross-device conversions. We do not receive any personal data from Google, only statistics. If you want to stop the cross-device analysis, you can deactivate the "Personalized advertising" function in the settings of your Google account. To do this, follow the instructions on this page: support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922 You can find more information about Google Signals at the following link: support.google.com/analytics/answer/7532985

Use of Google Ads

We do not currently use Google Ads. The use is planned by Stöcklin AG. We will adapt this privacy policy accordingly if they are used.

If you select this website of Stöcklin AG, we use the Google Ads service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as "Google"). The service enables us to design, statistically record, optimize and display advertising content in line with requirements.

Google Ads uses cookies and pixel tags if you have reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to our website. We also use remarketing functions of Google Ads to place target group-oriented and interest-based ads after your visit to our website.

The information generated by cookies and pixel tags about your use of this website includes the date and time of your web request, IP address, browser type, browser language, click behavior on texts and products or interactions with videos. This information is also stored by Google on its own servers in the USA. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of Google Ads customers. The pixel tags used also include the so-called Google Ads Remarketing Pixel, which collects and analyzes information about your use of this website. This enables us to address you on other websites with content that is relevant to you.

The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. As a Google Ads customer, we learn the total number of users who clicked on an ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information with which we can identify you personally.

The legal basis for the use of Google Ads Remarketing is your consent (setting of cookies and pixel tags) or Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. A GDPR (processing of your personal data). You can revoke or adjust your consent at any time with effect for the future. Processing that has taken place prior to any revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Information on how Google uses personal data that is transmitted to Google via the integration of the services, as well as regarding your setting options for personalized advertising and data collection, can be found here. General information on data processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy.

If you do not wish to participate in the Google Ads process, you can also reject the setting of a cookie required for this - for example, via a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com". You can find more information here.

The information and personal data generated by the cookies and pixel tags are also transmitted by Google to the USA and processed there. Google bases the transfer of data to the USA on the EU US Data Privacy Framework of 10.07.2023 (DPF) and, in the case of data transfer to other third countries, on EU standard contractual clauses. This ensures that there is a level of protection comparable to that in the EU/Switzerland. You can obtain a copy of the standard contractual clauses here. We only transfer data to Google with your consent.

Integration of videos via YouTube

YouTube videos are embedded on our website. This is not done via plug-ins, but by integrating the URL with iframes (small windows in which another website is displayed) in extended data protection mode. The domain is replaced with the official YouTube nocookie domain. If you have not already consented to the use of cookies at the start of using this website, YouTube videos are integrated on this website via the so-called 2-click solution. This means that all YouTube content is deactivated by default and is only loaded and displayed by the YouTube servers after you click on the "Activate content" button. With this click, you consent to your IP address being transmitted to YouTube and to the provider setting cookies in your browser. The legal basis is your consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. We have described which cookies are involved below. Instagram

On the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, we use an Instagram plugin on our website, which is operated by Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Instagram"). The plugins are marked with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of an "Instagram camera".

The Instagram plugin is only integrated using the so-called Shariff method. When you access a page on our website that contains such a plugin and activate it by clicking on it, your browser establishes a direct connection to Instagram's servers. By clicking, you consent to the content of the Instagram plugin being transmitted directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged in to Instagram. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. Instagram bases the data transfer to the USA on so-called standard contractual clauses of the EU

If you are logged in to Instagram, Instagram can directly associate your visit to our website with your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Instagram" button, this information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there. The information is also published on your Instagram account and displayed there to your contacts. If you do not want Instagram to assign the data collected via our website directly to your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website.
