Our certified EX-protected forklift trucks are used wherever explosive substances are manufactured, processed, transported and/or stored and where there is a potentially explosive atmosphere. We design EX protection solutions precisely according to your specific requirements and needs - and manufacture them in-house at our Technology Center in Laufen. We are happy to integrate your periphery-critical applications and attachments such as sideshifters, drum tippers or feed forks, provided they have the necessary certificates. Our employees have decades of experience and EX protection expertise - and will also be happy to provide your employees with competent and comprehensive advice and training for your EX protection requirements.
EX protection expertise and intelligent, flexible and certified solutions are also required for batteries in such explosive atmospheres. Our patented LiFePO4 "LiTEx" battery with integrated energy management system is suitable for Zone 1/21 and Zone 2/22 and can be easily recharged in these zones as well as in normal, non-explosive zones. With the help of an ATEX-certified, pressurized charger, both the time-consuming, complicated battery change outside the zones and outgassing are eliminated. This saves the high costs of a separate battery charging room with extraction.
