The PowerShuttle is the central shuttle solution for multi-deep pallet storage in automated channel storage systems and a logical extension of the modular MASTer system kit. In combination with channel racking and the MASTer storage and retrieval unit, which connects the shuttle to the racking and conveyor line, it enables multiple-deep, fully automatic, fast storage and retrieval of large containers and pallets, even on narrow, low-clearance travel paths.
This makes it possible to minimize aisle space in high-density warehouse structures and make optimum use of the available building volume - with high availability, short throughput times and energy-efficient operation. Especially in energy-intensive applications such as deep-freeze warehouses down to -30 °C, this compaction unfolds its full economic potential, as less space needs to be cooled and the energy efficiency of the overall system increases.

Stöcklin logOS SuiteAs a channel vehicle, the PowerShuttle impresses with its robust, compact design, radio-controlled positioning and high, energy-optimized driving dynamics within the channels. Laser distance measurement in combination with absolute values and sensors enable the shuttle to move with high precision and position itself with millimetre accuracy.
SuperCaps and an additional emergency battery provide the PowerShuttle with fast charging capability (within 10 s after each journey via pressure contacts on the storage and retrieval unit) and a long service life of up to 1 million charging cycles. The result is a low-maintenance system with a very long service life and optimum energy efficiency.
The PowerShuttle is available as a single or double version and is designed for a wide variety of pallet types. Thanks to its modular design, it can be flexibly adapted to the product, handling capacity and building structure and can be integrated into different system concepts.
In combination with channel racking and the MASTer storage and retrieval system, the PowerShuttle forms a scalable system that can be designed for single, double or multiple depths depending on requirements - and can be extended as required.
