Efficient and powerful again
The world's leading supplier of turbocharger, fuel injection and digital solutions decided on a comprehensive modernization solution for the entire system in order to optimize Material flows in a sustainable and future-oriented manner and to increase efficiency and Power.
The Scope of supply includes the complete renewal of the conveyor system. The existing conveyor system, which connects several Floors and buildings, will be completely renewed. New high-performance Shuttle cars and lifting devices (lifts) will be integrated to further increase the efficiency and Power of the Material flows. Storage with our five MASTer Stacker cranes and around 8,200 pallet spaces will be completely overhauled. Four of the Stacker cranes will be modernized in terms of control technology and brought up to the latest level. The fifth stacker crane will be replaced by our powerful MASTer 2024. This new Stacker crane will be brought in via an existing roof opening. This special insertion process requires special issues and experience, which Stoecklin has successfully demonstrated in several modernization projects, e.g. at Miele and Arvato.
Future-oriented and sustainable
Modernization and the Replacement of devices not only improve performance, but also contribute to the sustainability of the Total System. The deployment of more energy-efficient engineering and the optimization of existing plants, including the reuse of existing conveyor technology elements, makes an important contribution to achieving the sustainability goals that have been set.
Safe Operation at the Latest Level
The safety standards of the system solution have been lifted to the latest level to meet the highest current requirements for operational safety.
State-of-the-art software and controller
To ensure that Accelleron not only receives a high-performance technology solution, but also a future-proof, flexible total system solution, the entire system is being brought up to date in terms of software as well as hardware. In Cooperation with an SAP EWM integrator and the integration of the Stoecklin Atvise visualization solution, the controller and software interface will be updated to the latest generation.
