A special highlight of the program is the technical presentation on Wednesday, 25 March 2026, at 4:30 pm in the Technology Forum, Hall 7.
Under the title "La Provençale: Just-in-Time Gourmet Logistics as Best Practice" , Georges Eischen, co-owner of La Provençale, will provide insights into a successful joint logistics project.
The presentation will show how intelligent automation and precisely coordinated processes support the highest quality requirements in practice and secure them in the long term.
