Our FSP Shuttle system solution offers you an automated transport system for small parts warehouses that grows with you and is designed for performance and maximum flexibility, allowing you to meet increasing order volumes, shorter delivery times and other growing requirements with ease. The scalable overall package of racking system, lifters, rack conveyors, shuttle vehicles and control software can be tailored precisely to your specific system performance and product requirements.

Dynamic FSP shuttle vehicles form the heart of our solution. These take care of storage and retrieval on the individual storage levels. The transported goods are picked up via a variable load handling device (LAM) single, double or multiple deep, which is adjustable in width. This allows the parts to be stored in the racking at single or multiple depths and transferred precisely to the FSP shuttle vehicles. The vehicles are carefully matched to each other and have container-specific driving dynamics. This means that your small parts are always transported safely and at maximum speed. Thanks to the modularity and compatibility of our AKL FSP high-performance shuttle system solution, it can be easily and efficiently integrated into your existing buildings and can be used in normal and temperature-controlled areas down to -30 degrees.

We offer you various FSP shuttle models for handling containers, cartons and trays weighing up to 50 kg, precisely tailored to your specific container and miniload requirements.

Intelligent 24/7 availability and sustainable performance

The shuttle vehicles carry out their work 24/7 in parallel and independently of each other throughout the entire system. To do this, they are connected to goods flow systems such as our integrable logOS WMS software. It creates time- and route-optimized transport orders and forwards them to the aisle controller, where they are processed reliably by our FSP system.

The independent structure automatically creates redundancy: if necessary, they can also be easily replaced. We have designed the system solution in such a way that the shuttles are quickly accessible.
