For the third consecutive year, the ELSA Group—a Migros-Industrie company—has chosen our vendor-neutral fleet management solution. The new contract covers the Estavayer-le-Lac and Ursy locations.
The ELSA Group is one of the leading industrial companies in the Swiss dairy industry and specializes in the production and packaging of dairy products, the aging and processing of cheese, and the development and production of plant-based foods.
With this renewed contract, we are taking over the complete fleet management of a total of 214 industrial trucks. Some of the units will be replaced as part of a sustainable renewal strategy, while the remainder will undergo targeted repairs and maintenance. The goal is to ensure high availability and operational reliability over the entire six-year contract period—supported by a comprehensive full-service concept.
A key factor in being awarded the contract again was, among other things, our economically sound overall concept based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Our support, based on the TLC—Total Lifetime Care —principle, impressed with its long-term cost efficiency and high availability—a sustainable added value for the ELSA Group.
In addition, the close, partnership-based collaboration over the past twelve years played a central role. The comprehensive support covering technology, service, and customer care from a single source—including our in-house overhaul workshop—builds trust and provides planning certainty for the ELSA Group.
