Modernization for greater future security through automation

We are delighted to have secured a new order from our long-standing customer Rittal in Rittershausen. As part of this project, we are modernizing eleven pallet stacker cranes in a plant that we retrofitted back in 2015 – a clear sign of the ongoing trust in our work.

As the general contractor, we are supplying all mechanical parts and the complete hardware, while the PLC software is once again being provided by our proven partner IGZ. The project has already started and is scheduled for completion in March 2028.

The focus is on future-proofing: Rittal is focusing on modernizing existing systems in order to make processes more efficient through targeted automation and digitalization and to remain competitive in the long term. The project highlights the opportunities for using innovative technology to increase the performance of the system and thus create a sustainable basis for the future.

Rittal, part of the owner-managed Friedhelm Loh Group, is a global leader in the areas of control cabinet and enclosure systems, air conditioning, and IT infrastructure.
