For the third time in a row, the ELSA Group—a Migros Industry company—has chosen our manufacturer-independent fleet management. The new contract covers the Estavayer-le-Lac and Ursy sites.

The ELSA Group is one of the leading industrial companies in the Swiss dairy industry and specializes in the production and packaging of dairy products, cheese ripening and processing, and the development and production of plant-based foods.

With this renewed contract, we will manage the complete fleet of 214 industrial trucks. Some of the trucks will be replaced as part of a sustainable renewal strategy, while the rest will be repaired and maintained as needed. The aim is to ensure high availability and operational reliability over the entire six-year term, supported by our comprehensive full-service concept.

A key factor in winning the contract again was our economically sound overall concept focused on total cost of ownership (TCO). Our support based on the principle of TLC – Total Lifetime Care impressed with its long-term cost efficiency and consistent availability, offering sustainable added value for the ELSA Group.
