Safe container removal within 3 seconds
The high-performance picking workstation "SpeedCom" developed by Stöcklin enables a comfortable, fast and process-safe picking procedure. The working height, monitor position and lighting conditions can be individually adjusted, thus guaranteeing maximum comfort for the employee. The desired source container is removed from the conveyor system and made available to the employee for product removal within three seconds. A clear interface on the monitor and a pick-by-light ensures that the correct product is consistently picked into the corresponding target container. An integrated scanning station checks the accuracy of the label and displays the number of scanned product on the monitor. Simultaneously with the manual picking process, the totes are fed and discharged, resulting in a efficient throughput of up to 900 totes per hour which positively influences the overall cycle time. The entire picking process is controlled by logOS WMS, Stöcklin's advanced warehouse and order management system.
Autonomous pallet provision at heights of up to 3.9 m
When designing the EA 2, the Swiss intralogistics development team focused on the shortest possible design. With the powerful and compact high-lift AGV, load capacities of up to 2000 kg (4,409 lbs) at a lifting height of 1.8 m (5.9 ft) are possible. With weights of up to 500 kg (1,102 lbs), the EA 2 handles jobs at a remarkable 3.9 m (12 ft) heigh. The use of the innovative ANT-Lite navigation technology also has a performance-enhancing and cost-optimizing effect. Safety and orientation are ensured via a laser scanner, and additional safety curtains can be integrated via TIM scanners. Commissioning is simple, a clever traffic management system harmonizes the interaction of several AGVs in the work environment.
Pick & Place Robots at LogiMAT
In the field of picking, the potential for optimization is very high when using robot and sortation systems. Due to the vast shortage of skilled workers and the need for eliminating errors, many companies today want to replace manual picking with fully automated solutions. Various automated picking solutions, such as the CasePicker, developed by Stöcklin for picking totes and cartons on pallets, and the Pick & Place robot, for easy handling of separations, achieve excellent performance with a WMS which is precisely tailored to the customer's needs. Stöcklin's robot and sortation solutions are ideal for different applications and meet the highest demands for functionality and ease of use. In addition, they are well suited for smaller batch sizes with highly varying products. Let us show you Stöcklin Logistik’s solution capabilities.
